DOWNLOAD RESUME:

Eric White is a Graphic Design and Marketing Specialist based in Los Angeles, California. He’s been professionally cranking out creative solutions for clients since 1998. Eric holds a B.F.A. in Art and Design from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland.

Following graduation in Spring 2000, Eric spent his first four years out of college working for a fast-paced advertising agency just outside of Washington, D.C., called ADventures Marketing Group. Despite having a print media background with little-to-no training in designing for the Web, he managed to impress the company with his creativity and they brought him on as a full-time Web Designer. He spent those first few months learning how to use Flash and create designs for HTML-based Web layouts. Through hard work and creativity, he soon earned an even larger role in the company by contributing engaging print designs, advertising campaigns, and marketing solutions for clients throughout the DC Metro Area, including AOL.

In the summer of 2004, Eric headed out West to Los Angeles, California. He spent the next six years working as an integral part of the internal marketing department for California’s largest non-profit student loan lender, ALL Student Loan Corporation. During his tenure at ALL, Eric fulfilled all of the organization’s internal and external graphic design and marketing needs and developed advertising campaigns that directly generated more than $80 million in student loan volume. He also gained valuable management experience by coordinating projects with various departments, supervising a Junior Graphic Designer, and building relationships with the company’s outside vendors, sales staff, and various on-campus college and university contacts.

In the years following, Eric spent time as a Designer/Project Manager at Xceed Financial Credit Union, an organization with over 300 internal employees and branches nationwide. Eventually he found his way to Paolucci Salling & Martin, a Los Angeles Branding and Communication Arts agency, where he served as Production Manager for over three years.

Currently, Eric lives in Lomita, California with his wife Lisa, and sons Jackson and Parker. When not working full-time as the Digital Media & Design Specialist to support El Camino College (California's second-largest transfer school / Annual enrollment of 29,000+ students / Over 1,200 internal staff and faculty), he often moonlights as a Freelance Designer, working directly with small and mid-sized clientele to provide cost-effective creative that really makes a difference. As a hobby, he created his own online clothing and merchandise company called WeezyTown, where he designs pop culture and humor-related products featuring his original artwork. To date, WeezyTown has posted sales in over 20 countries worldwide and is always good for a laugh.

With over two decades of professional experience under his belt, Eric has worked for a diverse range of clients in areas such as Education, Finance, Entertainment, Sports, Healthcare, Technology, Government, Non-Profit, and Legal. His diverse professional background and experiences have helped him develop some of his biggest strengths, such as a versatile design style that adapts to any client’s needs and the uncanny ability to never miss a deadline. His MacBook Pro is considered a deadly weapon in many creative circles, where tales of his artistic prowess have become the stuff of legend.

When he’s not working, Eric enjoys following sports, reading books, watching movies, listening to music, and getting outdoors with his family and friends whenever possible.
